Together Forever Wedding Chapel is under the management of Harold and Gloria Mitchell.
Their testimony of a happy 51-year marriage is an inspiration to those who come to the chapel. Their experience as a ministry couple for their entire marriage has uniquely prepared them to assist people of all ages in making their wedding day extra special.
They have raised three children and are now thoroughly enjoying being "Papa" and "Gangi" to their eight grandchildren.
Having served the church for 19 years, Harold has recently retired from the pastorate of the First Baptist Church of North Myrtle Beach, SC.
Gloria has spent her entire career as a homemaker. They continue to make their home in NMB and now work together every day at the wedding chapel. In addition to her working in the home, Gloria is an accomplished interpreter for the hearing impaired using sign language.
Both Harold and Gloria Mitchell are available for premarital conversations to assist you in your wedding plans.
Together Forever Wedding Chapel announces a second team! Hal Mitchell, Gloria and Harold’s son, recently joined the ministry team at the chapel. After nearly twenty years of serving in church staff positions in SC, KY and NC, Hal returned to N. Myrtle Beach to join the family business. He brings with him a Master of Divinity from Southern Seminary and a wealth of ordained ministry experience.
Hal and his wife Kim have been married for 20 years and have three children. Kim is an experienced photographer and wedding planner. Prior to their move back to N. Myrtle Beach, she obtained a Masters in Administration at USC, operated a clothing boutique (across the highway from the chapel!), and served in administrative roles at both Coastal Carolina University and Conway Medical Center. She most recently took on the challenge and joy of “stay-at-home mom,” a career she takes most seriously!
Hal and Kim explain, “It is a blessing to work with family. And, for those of you who are getting married, we look forward to the opportunity to share in your special day.”
